Green-yellow and gold colors. Intense tropical aromas, with notes of mango, pineapple and peach. Very good volume, balance and freshness. This would be great with the Pan seared chicken thighs.

Pale lemon-green in color, aromas of ripe pineapples and citrus fruits are complimented by undertones of white flowers. On the palate, zesty acidity and persistent notes of honeysuckle and toasted almonds.

Malbec/High Note/New Zealand 40
typically dominated by red fruit—strawberry, raspberry and cherry with some heftier styles showing black plum. Try it with Lasagna!
Merlot/Oxford Landing/Australia 40
Crimson in colour with purple hues. Enticing aromas of milk chocolate, plum and raspberries with subtle cedar and spices. The medium bodied palate starts with vibrant flavours of plums and although tightly structured, the finish is rich and generous with persistent fruit flavours. Soft, velvety tannins are a feature of the supple palate. Try this with any of our burgers.
Black cherry, licorice and tarry flavors are lively and focused, supported by citrusy acidity and firm tannins in this fresh red. Balanced and juicy.
