Abe Lopez​ - Executive Chef
Born and raised in New York, Chef Abe Lopez got his first taste of the culinary world at age 16. Since then he's been devoted to mastering his craft and immersing himself in a diverse cultural and culinary scene.

When not busy winning Food Network's "Chopped," he brings his talent and expertise to Stoke where he serves as executive chef.
Dedicated and always ready for a challenge, Chef Lopez is eager to put his unique twist on Stoke's ever changing offerings.
Melissa Lozada​ - General Manager
Melissa Lozada brings a rare blend of leadership, hospitality expertise, and community-focus to her role as General Manager at Stoke.
With years of experience in dynamic restaurant and bar environments, she understands the importance of not only delivering excellent service and memorable experiences, but cultivating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels like part of the family.
