Born and raised in New York, Chef Abe Lopez got his first taste of the culinary world at age 16. Since then he's been devoted to mastering his craft and immersing himself in a diverse cultural and culinary scene. 

When not busy winning Food Network's "Chopped," he brings his talent and expertise to Stoke where he serves as executive chef. 


Dedicated and always ready for a challenge, Chef Lopez is eager to put his unique twist on Stoke's ever changing offerings.

Jose Fetterolf​ - GENERAL MANAGER


Jose Fetterolf is a native new Yorker. He has twenty-three years of expereince in the food and beveage industry. Jose began his career as bartender/server in the early nineties. His ambition and desire to be part of the creative process propelled him into management roles. 

From fine dining to night clubs, Jose has experience working in some of the hottest culinary locations including New York City, Miami, Las Vegas, and now Easton PA! Jose has taken all he's learned to create the ideal culture for Stoke Coal Fire Pizza and Bar.
